How does personal record tracking work?

Momentum automatically detects and records your personal records as you train. Every time you log a set, the app compares it against your history and flags new PRs across four categories: heaviest weight lifted, highest estimated one-rep max (1RM), best single-set volume (weight multiplied by reps), and best total session volume for that exercise. You will see a PR badge appear in real-time during your workout, and all personal records are stored in your history so you can track your strength progression over time.

Are training plans included for free?

Yes — every training plan in Momentum is completely free. We offer pre-built programs organized by difficulty level and training style, including plans for beginners, intermediate lifters, and advanced athletes.
